Top of zone 7

On 8.10.23 John Edgarton asked me to post the results of his patrol for him.

He turned south from his dock and covered grids #172-175, continued #181 -185, #189-192 and then struck west toward Gull Rock all the way to the farthest buoy at #173. He found no plant growth of any particular concern to report. He did find that the 3 buoys by Gull Rock were missing. HOWEVER HE NOW REPORTS on 8.14 THAT THEY HAVE BEEN REPLACED.

John plans to continue on the second part of his patrol, through zone 6 and head up toward the Thorne Islands in Zone 5 in the coming days.

Hot day

Patrolled part of Zone 7 with Tim. Tried to track our journey with Avenza but my phone overheated and shut down. A contingency I never expected. We probably covered 181-200 and 173-188 before the wind
