Keeping an eye on 8 and 14

I've done a poor job updating this Blog but have been out on patrol twice in Zone 14 (Breezy Point) and regularly in our "home zone" 8 since the beginning of July. These are not particularly "busy" zones in terms of plant growth - but it is comforting to see the same clusters of white lillies and pickerelweed, among others, coming back year after year. All looks routine on these shores for now!
