The lake was flat this morning and the water exceptionally clear so I was able to do a patrol of Zone 6 from my boat. Aquatic plant growth is relative sparse in this part of the lake and that is probably due to the sandy bottom and wave action from westerly winds. There was no suspicious plant growth - I mainly saw lilies, pipewort, burr reed growing from the bottom, and some native elodea. Next time I’ll take a face mask and do a closer examination in the water.
