September 16 Zone 4

Took advantage of the calm, sunny weather to patrol zone 4. As we know with the change of seasons, this weather can’t last forever! Everyone has noted the lake is very low and I didn’t come across anything that looked out of place or suspicious. I gathered trash that I came across, checked on the new native plant I had found previously and observed most of the plant life starting to wither and turn brown as summer winds down. Also passed by a dead shrew floating among the weeds and saw some pretty yellow bladderwort flowers in bloom.
