Patrolled ~ 60% of Paige Brook this morning. Bright sun with little wind - just perfect. Saw the usual "cast of characters" including bladderwort, pipewort, thread grass, pickerelweed, floating bur-reed, both yellow and white water lily, floating heart, watershield, and pondweed. There was much more native naiad than a few weeks ago as well as water marigold, a plant that always concerns me when I first see it.
