Beautiful Day for a Canoe Ride in Zones 2 and 4 on August 2. My husband Chris and I went out for almost 3 hours to patrol all of Zone 2 and all of Zone 4. Lots of vegetation. Water lilies, Floating Hearts, Pickerelweed, Pipewort, Bladderwort, Tape Grass, Pond Weed, Spike Rush, Bur-reed. Getting better at identifying vegetation with exception of one weed we saw in both Zones 2 & 4. Picture here…reached out to Don and Maria for assistance.
Not sure if it’s native naiad but it looks like it.
I just did zone 4 as well and saw that and water marigold among all the other plants we usually see.
